Custody posture
No state-level money transmission license required. JIL Sovereign Technologies registers as a service provider, not a financial institution. Foundations operate within their existing 501(c)(3) regulatory framework.

Global Hands is the operational Tier 1 fiduciary. Additional 501(c)(3) fiduciaries may be approved per advisory council discretion after the first 36 months of operation.
