About the operator
Global Hands, Inc.
Global Hands is a Texas-headquartered 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 92-1444754) founded by Dr. Rachelle Mendonca, PsyD, with effective IRS exemption since December 14, 2022 (publicly-supported charity under 170(b)(1)(A)(vi)). We operate internationally — the United States, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Brazil, and Europe. Our mission is to support individuals, families, veterans, and vulnerable communities through restorative care, outreach, education, trauma-informed support, and collaborative service. Attestyx is one of our charitable programs.
Global Hands' primary mission
Global Hands serves people in trauma, hardship, and brokenness with practical help, honest leadership, and direct restorative service. The work spans six program areas, all rooted in the belief that human dignity demands more than sympathy — it demands action.
Trauma Recovery Support
Support pathways and recovery-centered resources for individuals impacted by trauma, abuse, or severe life disruption.
Family Strengthening & Restoration
Support that strengthens families, encourages healthy relationships, and helps stabilize difficult life situations.
Abuse Recovery & Survivor Support
Compassionate engagement for those recovering from abuse and exploitation-related harm.
Addiction Recovery & Life Rebuilding
Encouragement and support for individuals rebuilding life structure and working toward recovery.
Training & Leadership Development
Speaking, equipping, mentoring, and collaboration for churches, ministries, and mission-aligned organizations.
Outreach & Missions
Practical service and strategic engagement in local and international settings.

Where Attestyx fits
Attestyx is a charitable program of Global Hands, Inc. that provides grant-integrity infrastructure as a service to two audiences: (1) other 501(c)(3) foundations, government grantors, and NGO consortia who run their own grant pipelines through Attestyx; and (2) individual donors who want to give THROUGH Global Hands and have their charitable dollars routed only to verified, integrity-vetted recipients. Either way, Attestyx ensures charitable funds reach legitimate trauma-recovery, family-restoration, and community-support work, never bad actors.
Two ways to use Attestyx
Other 501(c)(3) organizations
Foundations, government grantmakers, and NGO consortia engage Attestyx directly to pre-clear their grant pipeline. Tier 1 sub-second screening, Tier 2 full verification with court-portable evidence bundles. Engagement-based pricing.
Individual donors via Global Hands
Donors who want to give to vetted causes can donate to Global Hands (tax-deductible under IRC §170). Global Hands routes those funds through Attestyx pre-clearance and disburses to verified-clean recipient organizations. Donors get a deductible receipt + the assurance that no dollar reached a sanctioned, excluded, or non-existent recipient.
Attestyx is operated under Global Hands' charitable purposes as a program that supports the broader nonprofit ecosystem. The connection to Global Hands' direct mission is straightforward: trauma-recovery, family-restoration, and community-support work all depend on charitable dollars actually reaching legitimate organizations doing the work. Attestyx makes that harder to interfere with — whether the donor is a major foundation running its own pipeline or an individual donor giving through Global Hands.
How Attestyx is structured
Attestyx exists at the intersection of three legal entities. Knowing which entity owns what matters to foundation counsel, IRS auditors, and our donors.
