Global Hands operates internationally - direct programs in the US, UAE, Singapore, Brazil, and Europe. Attestyx is owned by JIL Sovereign Holdings, LLC (Wyoming) and used by Global Hands, Inc. under license from Holdings. The platform's Verdict Engine (up to 175 checks) pre-clears grantees, time-stamps and seals every milestone and disbursement, and produces evidence bundles that support self-authentication under Federal Rule of Evidence 902(14). A cross-foundation Bad-Actor Registry and a 5-of-7 supermajority Council govern the registry. Global Hands never holds, routes, or transmits charitable funds.
