Global Hands operates internationally — direct programs in the US, UAE, Singapore, Brazil, and Europe. Attestyx attestation technology is licensed from JIL Sovereign Technologies, Inc. (Delaware) under a fair-market-value Master Services Agreement; underlying IP is owned by JIL Sovereign Holdings, LLC (Wyoming). The platform's 148-check Verdict Engine pre-clears grantees, anchors every milestone and disbursement to the JIL CourtChain, and produces evidence bundles admissible under Federal Rules of Evidence 902(14). A cross-foundation Bad-Actor Registry and a 5-of-7 supermajority Council make Attestyx the philanthropic-integrity infrastructure for institutional giving. Global Hands never holds, routes, or transmits charitable funds.
