What it is

Attestyx is a court-ready evidence platform for charitable disbursements. Foundations use it to pre-clear grantees, anchor every disbursement and milestone to a tamper-evident chain, monitor lifecycle events, conduct retroactive audits, and assemble admissible evidence for recovery actions. JIL Sovereign Technologies operates the platform under perpetual irrevocable license from JIL Sovereign Holdings.

Attestyx is a charitable program of Global Hands, Inc., a Texas-headquartered US 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 92-1444754, IRS-recognized since December 14, 2022, classification 170(b)(1)(A)(vi) publicly-supported). Global Hands operates internationally — direct programs in the US, UAE, Singapore, Brazil, and Europe. Attestyx attestation technology is licensed from JIL Sovereign Technologies, Inc. (Delaware) under a fair-market-value Master Services Agreement; underlying IP is owned by JIL Sovereign Holdings, LLC (Wyoming). The platform's 148-check Verdict Engine pre-clears grantees, anchors every milestone and disbursement to the JIL CourtChain, and produces evidence bundles admissible under Federal Rules of Evidence 902(14). A cross-foundation Bad-Actor Registry and a 5-of-7 supermajority Council make Attestyx the philanthropic-integrity infrastructure for institutional giving. Global Hands never holds, routes, or transmits charitable funds.
