The following are trademarks owned by Holdings and used by Operator under perpetual irrevocable license:

- CREB® (Court Ready Evidence Bundle)
- PoCS™ (Proof of Counterparty Sanctity)
- Sealed Authorization™
- Wallet Intel™
- JIL Sovereign™
- Verdict Engine™
2. Permitted Use
You may use the trademarks only to (a) accurately reference the Platform in factual statements; (b) display Holdings/Operator logos in materials approved in writing by Holdings. Any other use requires a written trademark license.
3. Prohibited Use
You may not use the trademarks (a) in your business name, product name, domain name, or social-media handle in a way that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship; (b) in a manner that is misleading, defamatory, libelous, obscene, or infringing; (c) to imply that you, your organization, or your service is provided or endorsed by Holdings or Operator when it is not.
