1. Purpose
This Order Form, when executed by both Foundation and Operator, incorporates by reference the Master Services Agreement and specifies the scope of partial-engagement services (the four-SKU framework).

Foundation may not combine partial SKUs with a Comprehensive engagement in the same period; Comprehensive supersedes the four-SKU framework.
4. Term
SKU 1A and 1B are one-time engagements completing within 90 days of execution. SKU 2 is a 12-month subscription. SKU 3 and SKU 4 are per-instance.
