1. Acceptance
These Grantee Terms of Use govern your use of the Attestyx Platform as a Grantee organization or an authorized representative of a Grantee organization. By creating a Grantee profile, you represent that you have authority to bind the Grantee organization to these terms.
2. Eligibility
Your Grantee organization must (a) be a registered charitable organization, social enterprise, or community organization in its jurisdiction; (b) hold applicable tax-exempt status or jurisdictional equivalent (or qualify for equivalency determination); (c) have been operational for at least 12 months; (d) have at least one named authorized signer who passes individual sanctions screening; (e) maintain basic governance documents; (f) have no current sanctions findings, OFAC matches, or applicable enforcement actions; (g) operate in a focus area aligned with at least one open grant program at a participating Foundation.
3. Truthfulness
You represent that all information you submit, including organizational details, beneficial-ownership disclosures, personnel data, and program narratives, is true, complete, and not misleading. Submitting materially false information is grounds for inclusion in the Bad-Actor Registry under the Inclusion & Appeals Procedure.
4. Document Vault
Documents you upload are stored encrypted at rest and content-addressed by SHA-256. You retain ownership; you grant Operating Co a limited license to process the documents for verification, attestation, and monitoring purposes. Documents are shared with specific Foundations only with your explicit per-foundation consent (see Document Sharing Consent).
5. Cross-Foundation Intelligence
Bad-actor signals (registry inclusions, watch-status entities) are shared automatically across the Platform's participating Foundations. Cross-foundation intelligence sharing is governed by the Cross-Foundation Intelligence Notice; you may withdraw consent for non-essential sharing at any time with future-only effect.
6. Acceptance of Grants
If you receive a grant through the Platform, the grant is governed by the Foundation's grant agreement (separate from these Terms). The Platform tracks milestone evidence, attestations, and disbursement signals on your behalf.
7. Termination
You may close your Grantee profile at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, sanctions match, or registry inclusion at the “restricted” or “excluded” level.
8. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided as is. We do not guarantee that any application will be approved or that any specific grant will be funded.
9. Governing Law
Delaware law. Disputes resolved by JAMS arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware (see MSA §13 incorporated by reference).
