2. What to Include in a Notice
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with sufficient information to locate it on the Platform.
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
3. Counter-Notice
If material you submitted is removed in response to a takedown notice and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the Designated Agent. The counter-notice must include the elements specified in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
4. Repeat Infringers
Operating Co terminates the accounts of users determined, in its reasonable discretion, to be repeat infringers.
