1. What We Share Automatically
The following signals are shared automatically across all participating Foundations and require no consent because they relate to integrity protection of the sector:
- Sanctions screening results (hits and clears).
- Bad-Actor Registry inclusion at the “Restricted” or “Excluded” level.
- Pattern-anomaly findings (e.g. multiple grantees sharing the same beneficial owner with sanctioned status).
2. What We Share With Consent
The following signals are shared with a Foundation only when you apply to that Foundation:
- Application history (other foundations applied to, decline rates, average verdict score).
- Document vault contents (only documents marked as shared).
- Beneficial owner overlap with other grantees in the network.
3. What You Can Opt Out Of
You may opt out of (a) ecosystem-wide aggregation of your operational performance signals; (b) inclusion in anonymized cross-foundation aggregate reports. You cannot opt out of mandatory sanctions screening or Bad-Actor Registry inclusion if warranted under the registry's due-process procedure.
4. Revocation
Future-only effect. Past sharing already received and acted on by Foundations remains in their records.
