1. Truthfulness Attestation
By submitting an application, you certify under penalty of perjury that:
- All information provided in the application, including organizational details, beneficial owners, personnel, authorized signers, narrative, budget, and supporting documents, is true, complete, and not misleading.
- You have authority to bind the Grantee organization to these representations and to the Foundation's grant agreement if approved.
- You have disclosed all material information that would, if known, reasonably be expected to affect the Foundation's decision to approve the grant.
- You are not, to the best of your knowledge, the subject of any government investigation, sanctions order, or material legal dispute that has not been disclosed in the application.
- You will promptly notify the Foundation in writing of any material change to the foregoing attestations during the pendency of the application or after approval.
2. Consequences of Material Misrepresentation
Material misrepresentation is grounds for (a) immediate denial of the application; (b) recovery of any disbursed funds if discovered after approval; (c) inclusion in the Bad-Actor Registry under the Registry Inclusion & Appeals Procedure; and (d) referral to law enforcement and regulators where warranted.
3. Document Authenticity
You warrant that documents uploaded to your Vault are authentic, complete, and have not been altered to mislead. Forged or materially-altered documents are grounds for immediate Bad-Actor Registry inclusion and referral to law enforcement.
