Acceptable Use Policy

What users may and may not do on the platform.

1. Permitted Use

You may use the Platform solely for the purpose for which it is provided: charitable disbursement integrity verification, attestation, monitoring, and recovery support, in accordance with the Master Services Agreement, Order Form, or other applicable engagement instrument.

2. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Platform to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or sanctions order, including the Bank Secrecy Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, OFAC sanctions, EU CFSP measures, UK HMT sanctions, UN Security Council Resolutions, or jurisdictional equivalents.
  • Submit, upload, or transmit content you do not have the right to submit, upload, or transmit, including content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including but not limited to fabricated beneficial-ownership disclosures, forged tax-exempt determinations, or fabricated milestone evidence.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Platform.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform other than via the documented API.
  • Circumvent the Platform's rate limits or access controls.
  • Use the Platform's output to construct a competing product or service.
  • Transmit malicious code, viruses, or any other destructive content.
  • Engage in network attacks, including denial-of-service, brute-force credential testing, or unauthorized access attempts.
  • Misrepresent yourself or impersonate any other person or entity.

3. Suspension

Operator may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform without prior notice if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that you have violated this Acceptable Use Policy. Suspension does not relieve you of any obligation under the Master Services Agreement.
