Custody posture
Global Hands does not custody BRL-resident funds; in-country expense is met through reimbursable program disbursements from the US entity. LGPD data residency is addressed through regional storage where required.

Global Hands, Inc. (US 501(c)(3)) operates directly in Brazil. A Brazilian OSCIP or association may be formed in the future as scale warrants.

For foundations operating in Brazil, Tier 2 commercial engagements are available now (services billed in USD; settlement in local rails). For Tier 1 grantees, applications open as the local fiduciary activates.
