United Arab Emirates
Global Hands operates programs in the United Arab Emirates as part of its international charitable activity. Disbursements to UAE-based grantees and operations are conducted directly by the US 501(c)(3) under IRS rules for international grantmaking.

Custody posture
Global Hands does not require CBUAE licensing because it does not custody UAE-resident funds; in-country activity is conducted through the US entity directly or via partner fiduciaries. JIL Sovereign Technologies operates as a technology service provider only.
Vehicle note
Global Hands, Inc. (US 501(c)(3)) operates directly in the UAE. A UAE charitable association may be formed in the future as program scale warrants, but is not required for current operations.
Engage in United Arab Emirates
For foundations operating in United Arab Emirates, Tier 2 commercial engagements are available now (services billed in USD; settlement in local rails). For Tier 1 grantees, applications open as the local fiduciary activates.
